Simulated results may differ materially from live trading due to liquidity, slippage, execution, psychology and other market conditions. Qualification or a high ranking does not guarantee future performance, funding, investor allocation, income or returns.

Performance fees do not apply to simulated Challenge results. They may arise only from a separately approved strategy with an investor copy allocation and only when there is net-new positive copy profit above the applicable high-water mark.

Strategy approval, investor demand, allocation size, positive performance and fee revenue may change or never occur. Live fee estimates can decrease before settlement and should not be treated as guaranteed or earned income.
